1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Nakshatra Jio website (www.nakshatrajio.com), mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nakshatra Jio ("we," "our," or "us"), a service operated by Nakshatra Vani Technologies (OPC) Private Limited (CIN: U96906MH2026OPC471003), Mumbai, India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, use our Service, and make purchases. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Users under 18 may use the Service only under direct supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Description of Service

Nakshatra Jio is an AI-powered Vedic Astrology platform that provides:

✦Personalized birth chart calculation using real astronomical data (astronomy-engine, Lahiri Ayanamsa)

✦AI-generated astrology reports (full life reports, 33 topic-specific mini reports, compatibility reports)

✦Jyotish AI Chat — an AI astrologer you can converse with about your chart

✦Daily and weekly horoscopes personalized by your Moon sign (Rashi)

✦Compatibility analysis using Ashtakoot Guna Milan (36-point system)

✦Panchang, Muhurat calendar, transit tracking, dosha analysis, and remedies

✦Family profile management for multi-chart features

5. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge that all reports and chat responses are generated using artificial intelligence technology (Google Gemini and OpenAI GPT models). While our system uses real astronomical calculations and draws upon principles of classical Vedic Astrology (Jyotish Shastra), the interpretations are produced by AI and not by a human astrologer. The quality and relevance depend on the accuracy of the birth details you provide and the capabilities of AI technology.

6. Accuracy of Birth Details

The accuracy of your chart and reports depends on the birth details you provide, particularly the time of birth. You are responsible for providing accurate information. We are not liable for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect or approximate birth details. If you submitted wrong details, contact us within 24 hours for a free one-time regeneration.

7. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) for domestic customers and US Dollars ($ USD) for international customers. Payment is processed securely through:

✦Razorpay — For all INR payments (reports, subscriptions, credit bundles)

✦PayPal — For international USD payments

Current pricing (subject to change):

— Full Life Report: ₹499

— Mini / topic reports: ₹49 – ₹99 per topic

— Compatibility Reports: ₹199 – ₹299 (based on number of charts)

— Specialised reports (e.g. Baby Naming): as listed on each product page

— Wallet top-ups: choose any amount; used for pay-per-use AI features

The price in effect at the time of your purchase applies. Promotional pricing and discounts may be offered at our discretion and can be withdrawn at any time.

8. Wallet

Nakshatra Jio uses a prepaid Wallet instead of recurring subscriptions. You top up your wallet with funds via Razorpay or PayPal and pay per use for AI features such as the Jyotish AI chat and certain readings. There are no automatic recurring charges.

Bonus Credits: We may grant promotional or bonus credits (for example, for streaks or offers). Bonus credits are not purchased funds, hold no cash value, and may expire on the date shown in your wallet.

Non-Refundable: Wallet top-ups and bonus credits are non-refundable once added, except where a charge failed or funds were deducted without the corresponding service being delivered (see our Refund Policy).

9. Pay-Per-Use & Jyotish AI Chat

Beyond your free daily allowance, AI features are charged from your wallet on a pay-per-use basis (for example, each Jyotish AI message and certain on-demand readings deduct a small fixed amount from your wallet balance). Bonus credits are used before paid funds. If funds are deducted but no AI response is delivered due to a technical fault, contact us and we will restore the amount. Wallet funds are non-transferable.

10. Free Tier

Free accounts receive 3 Jyotish AI chat messages per day, a free compatibility quick reading, access to daily horoscopes, panchang, birth chart, and transit tracking. Free features may be modified or limited at our discretion.

11. Delivery

Reports are delivered digitally via email and optional WhatsApp delivery. Delivery typically occurs within 2–10 minutes of successful payment. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 60 minutes due to high demand. If you have not received your report within 60 minutes, contact us at support@nakshatrajio.com.

12. Refund Policy

Please see our dedicated Refund Policy page for complete details. In summary: digital reports are generally non-refundable once generated, but we provide refunds for technical failures, non-delivery, and duplicate charges. Chat credits and subscription periods are non-refundable.

13. Family Profiles & Compatibility

You may add family members' birth details to your account for compatibility analysis and multi-chart chat features. You represent that you have the consent of any individual whose birth details you submit. We are not responsible for disputes arising from unauthorized submission of another person's birth details.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on Nakshatra Jio, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software, is our property and protected by intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use your reports for personal purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly display reports without our written consent.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nakshatra Jio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on report content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

16. Health Disclaimer

Any health-related information in our reports or chat is based solely on traditional Vedic Astrology interpretations and does NOT constitute medical advice. Always seek qualified healthcare providers for medical conditions. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something in a Nakshatra Jio report.

17. Mobile Application

The Nakshatra Jio mobile app is available on Android via Google Play. The app connects to the same account and services as the website. Additional terms of the app store (Google Play Terms of Service) apply when downloading and using the app. In-app purchases for reports and credit bundles are processed via Razorpay, not Google Play Billing.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

19. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
