By accessing or using the Nakshatra website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nakshatra ("we," "our," or "us").

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service and make purchases. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Nakshatra provides AI-generated Vedic Astrology reports based on user-provided birth details (name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth). Reports are generated using artificial intelligence systems that interpret Vedic Astrology principles. Reports are delivered as downloadable PDF documents and via email.

You acknowledge and understand that all reports are generated using artificial intelligence technology. While our system draws upon principles of classical Vedic Astrology (Jyotish Shastra), the reports are produced by AI and not by a human astrologer. The quality, accuracy, and depth of the report depend on the accuracy of the birth details you provide, and the capabilities and limitations of AI technology.

6. Accuracy of Birth Details

The accuracy of your Vedic Astrology report depends heavily on the accuracy of the birth details you provide, particularly the time of birth. You are responsible for providing accurate information. We are not liable for inaccuracies in your report resulting from incorrect or approximate birth details submitted by you.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of all fees. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price for your selected report tier.

Current pricing tiers are displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time. The price in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.

8. Delivery

Reports are delivered digitally via instant PDF download and email. Delivery typically occurs within 5–15 minutes of successful payment. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 60 minutes due to high demand or technical factors. If you have not received your report within 60 minutes, please contact us at support@nakshatra.com.

9. Refund Policy

Because our reports are digital products that are generated and delivered instantly, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered.

Exceptions: We will provide a full refund or report regeneration in the following circumstances:

—Technical error that prevents report delivery

—Report is blank, corrupted, or materially incomplete

—Duplicate charge due to payment processing error

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to support@nakshatra.com.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Nakshatra website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software, is the property of Nakshatra and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use your report for personal purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, or publicly display the report or any portion thereof without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nakshatra and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or reliance on any content in our reports. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim.

Any health-related information in our reports is based solely on traditional Vedic Astrology interpretations and does NOT constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in a Nakshatra report.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nakshatra operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
