Before you write
My report hasn’t arrived
Reports are emailed within 5–10 minutes of payment. Check your spam or Promotions folder first — that is where it usually is. If it is not there after 30 minutes, send us the payment reference below and we will resend it.
Can I get a refund?
See our refund policy. If a report failed to generate or never reached you, we will always sort it out.
