Refund Policy

Digital Product Policy
Nakshatra Jio reports (full life reports, mini reports, and compatibility reports) are digital products generated instantly and uniquely for each customer using AI technology. Because reports are created and delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are generally considered final.
When We Will Issue a Refund
We will provide a full refund or free report regeneration if:
1. A technical error prevented your report from being generated or delivered.
2. Your report was blank, corrupted, or substantially incomplete.
3. You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
4. You did not receive the report via email or WhatsApp within 60 minutes of payment.
When We Cannot Issue a Refund
Refunds are not available for:
— Dissatisfaction with the content, predictions, or remedies in the report.
— Providing incorrect birth details (date, time, or place of birth).
— Change of mind after report delivery.
— Purchasing the wrong report topic (we can generate the correct one at a discount).
Chat Credits
Purchased chat credit bundles are non-refundable once added to your account. Credits never expire and can be used at any time. If you experience a technical issue where credits were deducted but no AI response was received, contact us and we will restore the affected credits.
Subscriptions
Subscription plans (Basic and Pro) can be cancelled at any time through your account's billing page. Upon cancellation:
✦ Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
✦ No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
✦ After the period ends, your account reverts to the free plan (3 messages/day).
If you were charged for a renewal you did not authorize (e.g., you cancelled but were still charged), contact us for a full refund of the erroneous charge.
Compatibility Reports
Compatibility reports follow the same refund policy as other digital reports. The 50% repeat-purchase discount is applied automatically and is non-refundable separately. If you purchased a compatibility report with incorrect family profile details, contact us within 24 hours for a free regeneration.
How to Request a Refund
Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchase by emailing us at support@nakshatrajio.com with the following information:
— Your full name and email address used for purchase
— Date and type of purchase (report topic, subscription plan, or credit bundle)
— Reason for the refund request
— Screenshots of errors (if applicable)
We respond to all refund requests within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Razorpay or PayPal) within 5–10 business days.
Incorrect Birth Details?
If you submitted wrong birth details, contact us within 24 hours at support@nakshatrajio.com. We will regenerate your report with the correct details at no additional charge. This is a one-time courtesy per order.
