Refund Policy

Digital Product Policy

Nakshatra reports are digital products that are generated instantly and uniquely for each customer using AI technology. Because the report is created and delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are generally considered final.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will gladly provide a full refund or free report regeneration if:

1. A technical error prevented your report from being delivered.

2. Your report was blank, corrupted, or substantially incomplete.

3. You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment error.

4. You did not receive the report within 60 minutes of payment.

When We Cannot Issue a Refund

Refunds are not available for:

Dissatisfaction with the content or predictions in the report.

Providing incorrect birth details (incorrect DOB, time, or place).

Change of mind after report delivery.

Purchasing the wrong report tier (we can upgrade you at the price difference).

How to Request a Refund

Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchase by emailing us at support@nakshatra.com with the following information:

Your full name and email used for purchase

Date of purchase

Reason for the refund request

Any screenshots of errors (if applicable)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Incorrect Birth Details?

If you accidentally submitted wrong birth details, contact us within 24 hours. We will regenerate your report with the correct details at no additional charge. This is a one-time courtesy per order.
